On a random warm day a couple of weeks ago, the boys had fun playing with chalk in the dog water dish. Joshua thinks it is cool to get the chalk wet and then to draw with it! Micah joined in on the fun, at least until he decided to try and eat some. Notice in the top picture all of the chalk marks on his face and around his mouth. :) Fun times!

Don't you wonder what he was thinking? The texture and the taste of it had to be pretty undesirable! Those cute kids...

how fun!! I haven't been brave enough to try chalk yet....
We just play until it goes in the mouth. Then he gets a warning...if it goes in again, it's gone for the rest of the day. He understands more than I give him credit for... :)
